Catch at
The Terrace is located at The Charlotte Inn in Edgartown
on Martha's Vineyard. The inn, a distinguished Relais Chateaux property,
is an exquisite background for Chef Chris Parsons' award winning, regionally
inspired cuisine. A three couse Prix Fixe menu and a daily changing
five course market menu will be offered seven nights a week during the summer
season and weekends during the off season. Dinner will be served either
in the elegant diningroom or on the outdoor terrace, weather permitting. The
French-influenced cuisine, with its heavy emphasis on fresh local seafood
and produce will be complimented by a comprehensive wine list and vintage
cocktails. |
